We attempt to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore:
- We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of cost, as well as a pre-determination, so that you may determine coverage based on your insurance policy.
- We do ask that payment for services rendered be paid on the day they are provided. Alternate arrangements should be discussed, in advance, with a member of our business staff. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and money orders.
- It may be helpful to bring any dental insurance information or card with you to your consultation appointment.
It is important to remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your level of insurance coverage as we do not bill insurance companies directly for our fees. Our payment policy will be discussed on your consultation visit and we are quite willingly to take each individual’s circumstances into account when arranging for payment. We do offer payment plans if necessary; however, this needs to be arranged before the date of any treatment or surgery.
