Dr. Ledderhof was born and raised in Ontario with a love of sports and enjoying time in our great Canadian outdoors!

Academically, Dr. Ledderhof completed an undergraduate degree at Acadia University in Nova Scotia in 2007. He graduated from the Western University Dental Program in 2011 and completed a Dental Internship at Western the following year. With this, he practiced General Dentistry in London, Ontario as well as the Moose Factory region of North Eastern Ontario. He then proceeded to the University of Toronto to complete his training along with a Master of Science degree and his Royal College examinations in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesia in 2017. With a particular interest in trauma and pathology, he pursued an opportunity and completed an accredited Oral/Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery Fellowship training program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Most recently, he completed the examinations to attain diplomat status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and furthermore, has published multiple surgical articles related to various aspects of Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Ledderhof has been practicing in both the community and academic settings over the past year but has elected to focus on providing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical care in the community setting of the Tri-Cities (Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge).

With this, his intention is to practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with a particular interest in office-based outpatient surgery as well as hospital-based trauma and pathology/reconstructive surgery. At the core of Dr. Ledderhof’s value systems and practice, philosophy is to treat each and every patient the way they wish to be treated. He welcomes any opportunity to collaborate in a collegial, relaxed, and enjoyable professional environment.

On a personal level, Dr. Ledderhof enjoys travel, the outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends!
